At circuly, we enable companies to also rent out their products via e-commerce instead of just selling them. Doing this, we strive to expedite the change from a linear towards a circular economy. Together with customers like Fahrrad.de, aboDeinauto, or StrollMe we have successfully launched and scaled rental and subscription models on e-commerce platforms.

We are always looking for motivated people that want to transform our vision into reality: bringing sustainability to e-commerce.

Aktuell sind wir auf der Suche nach einem neuen Sales Talent und Circular Economy Enthusiasten, der uns hilft unseren Kundenstamm auf Enterprise Ebene auszubauen und die Kundenwünsche in Handlungsansätze übersetzt, um das Produkt kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln.

Startdatum: ab Mai 2022

Das sind Deine Aufgaben.
- Sei der erste Kontaktpunkt für unsere potentielle Enterprise Kunden, finde den richtigen Ansprechpartner (Buying Center), verstehe die Probleme und überzeuge sie von circuly - und das alles 100% virtuell
- Connecting dots - sei bereit die Extra Meile für unsere Kunden zu gehen, um sie im gesamten Sales-Prozess zu begleiten (von Erstkontakt über Demo Session bis Vertragsabschluss)
- Finde neue Enterprise Prospects durch Social Selling oder auch Kaltakquise
- Berate Kunden bei strategischen Fragen rund um das Thema E-Commerce und Miet- oder Abo-Modelle und stelle Verbindungen zu Partnern her, die sie bei ihrem Abo modell unterstützen können (Versicherungen, Shop Agenturen, etc.)
- Du bist die Schnittstelle zwischen potentiellen Kunden & circuly - welches Feedback ist für wen relevant, wie können Lösungen für individuelle Ansprüche gefunden werden und und und.
- Lass deine kreative Seite zum Vorschein kommen während der Kooperation mit dem Marketing und Sales Team, sodass die Leads bestmöglich vorqualifiziert werden - strategischer Input always welcome!

the aim of this role.....is to assist in the creation of inspiring, educational and memorable marketing content for various target audiences.

- willing to understand the circular economy on a deeper level and employ the knowledge in content creation

hard skills
- knowledge of / experience in inbound marketing
- knowledge of / experience with SEO and SEA
- enrolled in a University - preferably study in the field of marketing, communication, business psychology, business is a plus. (If you don’t have the relevant degree then demonstrate why you are interested and qualified in the field of marketing.)
- excellent business English (written and spoken)

skills of advantage
- experience with design tools (canva, figma) is a big plus
- professional German language skills

Even though we are only actively looking for people to join our engineering and sales team right now, this does not mean that we don't need other roles to assemble a rockstar formation to change the e-commerce industry for good.

hiring can be an exhausting process, especially when you're the one trying to get hired. therefore, we try to make this a fast and transparent process. additionally, you will always have one contact person guiding you through the process and helping you with scheduling meetings and making introductions. Your process will look like this:

• applicant initial validation, motivations and job match in a get to know each other call I 30-45 minutes
• technical or commercial case study I max. 5 days time to deliver results
• deep-dive I 45-60 minutes including the presentation of the case study, if applicable a reference call and (for sales only) a short role play
• meet the rest of the founding team I 30 minutes chat, so you know both of the founders
